Several sacred sites around the world have a central resonance of 110 to 111 hz. The Malta hypogeum and New Grange in Ireland being the two most prominently recognized sites sharing this resonance. EEG test results have shown this frequency to activate the right hemisphere of the brain, the hemisphere responsible for the feminine, creative and intuitive aspects of the mind. This frequency range has also been found to calm the language processing centers of the brain, which in conclusion would lessen mental chatter and facilitate a silent mind, a mind open to receiving (i.e. reception of epiphany) and no longer projecting old thought-loops that fuel the egoic mind.
These are chain-reactions that go hand in hand with activation of the parasympathetic nervous system where the body exits fight-flight-freeze mode and enters a self restoration-heal-regenerate mode. This also implies that 110 - 111 hz calms the amygdala given the amygdala is the main signaler of fight-flight-freeze mode.

111 hz is known in the sound therapy community as a frequency that facilitates cellular rejuvenation.
It is also the frequency difference between each of the solfeggio tones in order.

This track has been tuned to 110 hz and has a slight natural pitch swing up towards 111 hz given instruments waiver slightly in pitch given them character. In the background of the track there's a 110 hz sine wave keeping the base-line tone set.
